The search for the perfect mod ends here.

The FOURTEEN® is not simply an overdrive pedal; it is the physical embodiment of Mike Fortin’s legendary modification history. We have consolidated the secret weapon circuits that discerning guitarists and metal titans have hunted for years into one relentless, pedalboard-friendly chassis.

Why settle for a single modification when you can have the entire history of overdrive transformation at your feet? The FOURTEEN® offers two identical, fully independent channels, allowing you to stack, switch, and sculpt the ultimate "Green Box" tone.

The Holy Trinity of Tone

Each channel on the FOURTEEN® is switchable between three distinct, historically significant circuit topologies. This is not modeling—these are the actual analog circuit paths of the legends:

The Modded OD808®/TS808®: The vintage classic. Expect that legendary mid-hump growl, but tightened, purified, and optimized for high-gain amps.

The Modded OD9®/TS9®: The modern standard. Enhanced for aggression, sharper attack, and absolute clarity in a dense mix.

The Hexdrive: The cult classic. A surgical clean boost that redefined how to push a tube amp into saturation without coloring the tone.

Seamless Amp Integration

Designed for the modern rig, the FOURTEEN® features a 1/4" side jack for remote switching. This allows for seamless synchronization with your amplifier’s channel switching.

Assign Your Attack: Instantly assign a specific drive character (e.g., the Hexdrive) to your clean channel, and switch to a different topology (e.g., the Modded OD9) when you hit your dirty channel.

Total Control: Pure, unrelenting gain capable of making your amp scream like never before.

Key Features

Dual Independent Channels: Set up two different boost levels or gain structures and switch instantly.

3-Way Circuit Selector: Toggle between Fortin-modded 808, 9, and Hexdrive circuits on both channels.

Integrated Switching: Side jack allows for remote switching via amplifier control.

Built for War: Rugged chassis construction designed to survive the rigors of touring.

The Fortin Standard: Engineered to provide the tightest, most aggressive boost for high-gain metal and rock.

The search for the perfect Tubescreamer mod ends here. The FOURTEEN® isn't just an overdrive; it is the physical embodiment of Mike Fortin’s legendary modification history. We have consolidated the secret weapon circuits that discerning guitarists have hunted for years into one relentless pedal.

Why settle for a single mod when you can have the history of overdrive transformation at your feet? The FOURTEEN® features two identical channels, each switchable between three distinct, historically significant circuit topologies:

The Modded OD808®/TS808®: The classic vintage growl, tightened and purified.

The Modded OD9®/TS9®: The modern standard, enhanced for aggression and clarity.

The Hexdrive: The cult classic that redefined clean boosting.

With a 1/4" side jack for seamless amp channel switching, the FOURTEEN® allows you to assign specific drive characters to your clean or dirty channels instantly. This is the apex of the modified green box sound - pure, unrelenting, and capable of making your amp scream like never before.

On: True bypass, relay based soft footswitch - FOURTEEN® will power up in the same state it was powered off;CH 1/2: Switches between CH 1 (red) and CH 2 (Green)Gain: The amount of gain in circuit;Tone: A regular tone/treble control;Level: Increases the output level of the pedal;HD mode: HexDrive mode offers new tone shaping possibilities for heavy musicians. The HD transitions from clean boost to overdrive, delivering the best of both worlds. The DRIVE sweep is key; it doesn’t add dirt until about 10-11 o’clock, allowing you to drive the front end of your amp while enjoying its natural character. At higher gain settings, you get a sweet midrange push that elevates your tone again;F9 mode: This F9 mode is a step up in output level push that gives you the ability to push your amplifier to drive more naturally while keeping the character of the amp intact. The F9 mode uses an alternative clipping circuit, enabling it to provide a fully clean boost when the DRIVE control is set to lower counter-clockwise positions. As the DRIVE is increased, it transitions into a more natural-sounding, tube-like drive compared to traditional offerings. The F9 is voiced with an enhanced midrange, accentuating harmonics for more articulate pick attack. LEVEL output is twice as much as the HD mode; andF808 mode: The F808 surpasses the other two modes in output level and saturation, functioning as an amp booster or a pure distortion pedal. The Primary clipping stage creates the natural breakup with a secondary clipping stage added to the DRIVE control. This additional gain stage provides a natural-sounding, tube-like overdrive with enhanced compression and organic bloom as the DRIVE control is increased clock-wise. This mode enhances the upper midrange to accentuate pick attack and harmonics while preserving the low-end depth. LEVEL output is three times as much as the HD mode.

this was a really cute coming of age comic about identity and friendship while playing with folklore. i loved how whimsical the art got esp with the presence of the djinn and their storytelling. the plot was pretty simple, but overall it was a very feel-good read.

Book Review
Format: Paperback
Disclaimer: I borrowed this book from the library. Support your local libraries! All opinions are my own. Book: Nayra and the Djinn Author: Iasmin Omar Ata Book Series: Nayra and the Djinn Book 1 Rating: 5/5 Diversity: Muslim FMC, Muslim characters, Nonbinary characters Recommended For...: Middle Grade readers, Fantasy, Graphic Novel, Friendship Publication Date: February 28, 2023 Genre: Fantasy Graphic Novel Age Relevance: 10+ (racism, bullying, religion) Explanation of CWs: There are some racist remarks made to Muslim characters but it is in a light that shows it’s not ok. There is also bullying. The Islamic religion is shown and discussed. If This Was a Taylor Swift Song: It’s Nice To Have A Friend Publisher: Viking Books for Young Readers Pages: 256 Synopsis: Nothing is going right for Nayra Mansour. There's the constant pressure from her strict family, ruthless bullying from her classmates, and exhausting friendship demands from Rami -the only other Muslim girl at school. Nayra has had enough. Just when she's considering transferring schools to escape it all, a mysterious Djinn named Marjan appears. As a djinn, a mythical being in Islamic folklore, Marjan uses their powers and wisdom to help Nayra navigate her overwhelming life. But Marjan's past is fraught with secrets, guilt, and trouble, and if they don't face what they've done, Nayra could pay the price. In this beautifully illustrated graphic novel, Iasmin Omar Ata has created a realistic coming-of-age story with an enchanting dose of the fantastical about strength, identity, and, most of all, friendship. Review: I thought that this was a very well-written and illustrated graphic novel about Islamic folklore involving djinns. I went into this book not knowing a whole lot about them, but the way that the author and illustrator work together to tell the story about a particular one that comes to Earth was really enchanting. The characters were very well written in my opinion and I really liked that they felt kid-like for upper middle grade lower YA book. The only thing that I would really fault the book on is that it seemed that the racist instances in the book were just kind of brushed off in a sense? I think the book might have been leading up to a second one in a series, But I would have liked it to be shown that the types of remarks that the main character was experiencing was definitely not okay and that they were being adequately dealt with although I do realize that not every administration body would take this as seriously as others, especially when it comes to our Muslim children, friends, family, and/or neighbors. Verdict: I really love this book so much! Highly recommend!
